  • Information you give us: your name, work email, brand or website, and your message via the contact form; your answers and email via the Growth Scorecard.
  • Information collected automatically: usage and device data, and cookies (see below).

How we use your information

  • Respond to your enquiry.
  • Deliver your scorecard results.
  • Provide and improve our services.
  • Send marketing only where you have opted in.
  • Understand and improve how the site performs.

  • Consent: marketing and non-essential cookies.
  • Legitimate interests: responding to you, securing and improving the site.
  • Contract: where we are delivering services to you.

We use essential cookies to make the site work, and, with your consent, analytics cookies to improve it. You can choose via the cookie banner. See the cookie controls at any time by clearing your choice.

Who we share it with

We use trusted service providers to run our business, for example our scorecard tool (ScoreApp), our CRM and email platform (GoHighLevel), and website analytics providers. They process data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal data.

International transfers

Where a provider is based outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards for any transfer of personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you can request the following:

  • Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, and portability.
  • Withdraw consent at any time.

Complaints
